Content Alchemy is a custom GPT tool designed to assist users in repurposing content into various formats. Access to the Service requires a valid purchase and an active OpenAI ChatGPT Plus account.

3. Purchase and Refunds

The Service is available for a one-time fee. Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion if the Service is proven to be defective.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree not to share your access to the Service with third parties. You are solely responsible for the content you input into the Service and the output generated.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the original content you submit to the Service. You also own the rights to the repurposed content generated by the Service, subject to OpenAI's terms of use.

6. Limitation of Liability

Content Alchemy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
